Demo Video Workflow with Real Narration

A prompt workflow for real browser tutorials with capture-time privacy, footage-first narration, and a final QA pass.

What it does

Guides the production of real browser tutorials: privacy enabled from the moment you start recording, narration built from the actual footage (never invented), an optional generated-avatar voice, captions, and a final QA pass before delivery. Includes templates and a non-runnable source reference; you bring the recording/editing environment.

When to use it

Steps

  1. Define which flow or feature you want to show in the demo.
  2. Enable privacy before recording any sensitive screen.
  3. Record the real footage following the flow template.
  4. The assistant drafts narration based on what happens in the footage.
  5. Optionally generate the voice with an avatar and add captions.
  6. Run the final QA pass before considering the video done.

# Demo Video Workflow with Real Narration

## 1. What it does

- Guides the production of real browser tutorials: privacy enabled from the moment you start recording, narration built from the actual footage (never invented), an optional generated-avatar voice, captions, and a final QA pass before delivery. Includes templates and a non-runnable source reference; you bring the recording/editing environment.

## 2. When to use it

- When you need to record a product tutorial without exposing sensitive data on screen.
- When you want narration that's faithful to what actually happens in the video, not generic.
- When you want to speed up editing with captions and a standardized QA pass.

## 3. Step by step

- Define which flow or feature you want to show in the demo.
- Enable privacy before recording any sensitive screen.
- Record the real footage following the flow template.
- The assistant drafts narration based on what happens in the footage.
- Optionally generate the voice with an avatar and add captions.
- Run the final QA pass before considering the video done.

## 4. Safety rules

- Safety rules: everything ships as a draft first; nothing is sent, published, or paid for without your explicit approval; no data, numbers, or results are ever invented; no credentials or secrets are typed into chat.

## 5. Best practices

- Always review the full draft before approving any send, publish, or payment.
- If real information (data, numbers, results) is missing, ask for it to be flagged as pending instead of invented.
- Keep credentials and keys out of chat; set them in environment variables or your secrets manager.

## 6. GoHighLevel integration

- Where relevant, results can be saved as contacts, tags, tasks, or notes inside your GoHighLevel sub-account.
- No automation inside GHL (workflow, campaign, trigger) activates without your review first.
