GoHighLevel Email Marketing Suite

What it does

This skill writes marketing emails in the business's brand voice (nurture sequences, one-off blasts, onboarding, win-back for inactive customers, launch announcements, and cart recovery) and translates them into executable workflows inside GoHighLevel. Everything stays as a draft in the platform, ready for review before activation.

When to use it

• When a new welcome or onboarding sequence is needed and there's no time to write it from scratch
• When you want to re-engage inactive customers with a win-back campaign
• When there are abandoned carts or leads who didn't book, and they need to be recovered via email

Steps

1. Define brand voice, sequence goal, and target audience
2. Draft the emails (nurture, blast, onboarding, win-back, launch, or cart-recovery)
3. Review the draft with the user and adjust tone and offer
4. Build the corresponding workflow in GoHighLevel in draft mode
5. Configure entry triggers (tag, event, inactivity) and send spacing
6. Leave the workflow paused/draft, waiting for explicit approval before activating

# GoHighLevel Email Marketing Suite

## 1. Purpose
Cover a business's full email marketing cycle: brand-voice copywriting plus direct implementation as a GoHighLevel workflow, with no manual steps in between.

## 2. Sequence types covered
Lead nurture, one-off blasts, new customer onboarding, win-back for inactive customers, launch announcements, and abandoned cart recovery.

## 3. Copywriting
Each email is drafted from a brand voice and goal brief, avoiding generic templates and focusing on the business's real context.

## 4. GoHighLevel implementation
Once the copy is approved, the corresponding workflow (trigger, spacing, conditions) is built directly in the account, in draft/paused mode.

## 5. Joint review
The full draft (copy + workflow structure) is presented for review before any activation.

## 6. Activation
The workflow is only activated in GoHighLevel after explicit user approval.

## 7. Safety rules
- No email is sent and no workflow is activated without explicit approval.
- Customer data, open-rate metrics, or past results are never invented.
- No GoHighLevel API key is ever exposed in chat.
