This skill's short video goes here. What it does
This skill builds, through a short interview, a form where a lead answers a few questions and a score (or fixed rules) routes them to the right salesperson's calendar, or a soft disqualification card with an alternative offer. It requires no backend of its own: it emits standard events (lead captured, qualified, booked, disqualified) that can connect to a CRM like GoHighLevel.
When to use it
- When different leads should go to different salespeople or calendars based on their profile
- When you want to filter out low-quality leads before they reach a booked call
- When you need to install this on a site without building a backend from scratch
Steps
- Interview the user to define qualification questions and routing rules
- Define the score or hard rules that determine which calendar each lead goes to
- Design the soft disqualification card with an alternative offer (downsell)
- Build the form and routing logic as a draft
- Configure the emitted events (captured, qualified, booked, disqualified) toward the CRM or GoHighLevel
- Test the full flow with example cases before publishing on the live site

Purpose Install a form that qualifies a lead in real time and routes them to the right salesperson's calendar, or an alternative offer if they don't qualify. ## 2. Initial interview Define with the user which questions qualify a lead, what profiles exist, and which salesperson or team each one maps to. ## 3. Routing logic Translate answers into a score or hard rules that decide the destination calendar. ## 4. Soft disqualification For leads that don't qualify, show a card with an alternative offer (downsell) instead of a plain rejection. ## 5. Events without a dedicated backend Emit four standard events: lead captured, lead qualified, call booked, lead disqualified, so any CRM (including GoHighLevel) can subscribe without needing a dedicated backend. ## 6. Testing Test the form with several example profiles before installing it on the live site. ## 7. Safety rules - The form is published on the live site only after explicit approval. - Routing rules or lead profiles are never invented; they're built from what the user confirms. - No CRM API key is ever exposed in chat.
