# Listmonk Campaign Sending

## 1. Purpose
Turn a brief, contact, or subscriber list into a ready-to-send Listmonk campaign or transactional email, keeping brand voice and HTML templates consistent.

## 2. Inputs needed
Sender identity, target list or contact, brand tokens (logo, colors, links), and the core message or CTA.

## 3. Template selection
Reuse an existing Listmonk HTML template when it fits; otherwise draft a lightweight template with header, body, and unsubscribe footer.

## 4. Draft first
Always produce the full subject, preheader, and rendered HTML as a draft before touching the Listmonk API.

## 5. Approval gate
Do not create, schedule, or send anything until the user explicitly approves content and recipient list.

## 6. Execution
After approval, create the campaign/transactional via API in draft or scheduled state; confirm recipient count before any final send trigger.
