Steps

1. Run a dry-run scan across all 7 categories
2. List temporary files and caches that are candidates for removal
3. Flag possible security issues (exposed secrets, etc.)
4. Identify dead code and unused dependencies
5. Review git hygiene (stale branches, loose commits)
6. Present the report and get confirmation before deleting anything
