Simple Landing Page Design

Radically simple landing page blueprints (3-6 sections, one action) for lead magnets, webinars and assessments.

What it does

Delivers low-friction landing page blueprints with a maximum of 3-6 sections and a single visible action path, removing distractions and unnecessary navigation links. Covers lead magnets, webinar/VSL registrations, booking pages, and assessment funnels, with minimal per-section copy structure.

When to use it

Steps

  1. Define the single action you want the visitor to take.
  2. Pick the blueprint based on offer type (lead magnet, webinar, booking, assessment).
  3. Write a headline and subheadline focused on benefit, not the company.
  4. Reduce content to 3-6 sections max, with no navigation menu.
  5. Repeat the call to action at least twice without adding new options.
  6. Check there are no exit links competing with the conversion.

# Simple Landing Page Design

## What it does
Produces the section structure (not final code) of a minimalist landing page oriented around a single conversion, avoiding the option overload that distracts visitors.

## When to use it
Use it when launching a lead magnet, a webinar registration page, a call-booking page, or an assessment/quiz funnel, especially when launch speed matters.

## Available blueprints
1. Lead magnet: hero + benefit + form + short social proof.
2. Webinar/VSL: hero with date/time + 3-point agenda + register button.
3. Booking: hero + who it's for + embedded calendar.
4. Assessment: hero + outcome promise + quiz start button.

## Design principles
5. One single visible action path; never more than one distinct CTA per page.
6. Zero navigation menu and no exit links competing with conversion.
7. Max 3-6 sections; if a section doesn't support the decision, cut it.

## GoHighLevel angle
8. The blueprint is delivered as a section list and suggested copy so it can be built directly in GHL's page builder, keeping the same simplicity limits.

## Safety rules
1. Every deliverable (script, email, post, ad, design) is produced as a draft first.
2. Nothing is sent, published, or paid for without explicit human approval.
3. Never invent metrics, testimonials, customer names, or data not present in the provided sources.
4. No credential, API key, or token is ever written or pasted into chat; reference environment variables instead.

For Claude Code, save it as ~/.claude/skills/simple-landing-design/SKILL.md. In Cursor, ChatGPT or another assistant, paste it as project instructions.
