Cold Email Lead Tracking Database

What it does

This skill sets up and runs a cold email lead-tracking database on a multi-table relational schema (contacts, domains, sends, replies, metrics). It includes scripts to import leads, guess corporate email patterns, sync analytics, and generate reports, on top of a database the user provides (for example, a free Turso account).

When to use it

• When running several cold email campaigns and needing a central place for each lead's status
• When you need to guess a company's corporate email pattern from limited data
• When you want a consolidated campaign performance report without building dashboards manually

Steps

1. Set up the database (the user provides the account/credentials for the chosen service)
2. Create the table schema: contacts, domains, sends, replies, metrics
3. Import existing leads with the import script
4. Run the email pattern guesser to fill in missing addresses
5. Sync metrics from the sending platform into the database
6. Generate the leads and campaigns report as a read-only deliverable

# Cold Email Lead Tracking Database

## 1. Purpose
Centralize each cold email lead's status (contact, associated domain, sends, replies, metrics) in a single queryable database.

## 2. Initial setup
The user provides the account and credentials for the chosen database service; the skill creates the required table schema.

## 3. Lead import
Load existing lead lists into the schema, normalizing basic fields (company, domain, name, title).

## 4. Email guessing
Use common corporate email patterns to fill in missing addresses when only name and domain are known, always flagging the result as a guess, not confirmed data.

## 5. Metrics sync
Pull open, reply, and bounce data from the sending platform into the database.

## 6. Reporting
Generate campaign and lead performance reports from real stored data, never invented.

## 7. Safety rules
- No database or sending-platform credential is ever written in chat.
- Guessed emails are explicitly marked as unverified.
- No email is ever sent by this skill; it only manages data, it does not send mail.
