A rule set that lets an AI assistant work inside GoHighLevel safely: it builds workflows, email templates, funnels and campaigns, but everything stays draft or paused. You review a clear change log and approve before anything reaches a customer.
When to use it
- You want AI to save you hours building in GHL without it sending anything on its own.
- Several people or assistants touch the same sub-account.
- A workflow has gone live too early before.
Steps
- Define what the assistant may create and what it never touches (live workflows, payments, bulk contacts).
- Everything is born with a [DRAFT] prefix, in Draft, paused or unpublished.
- Tests use one internal test contact only.
- The assistant hands over a log: what it built, where it lives and what is missing.
- You approve in writing, and only then does it get published.
- Who published and when gets recorded.
