Builds an n8n workflow that every week gathers the questions your customers really ask (emails, chats, calls, searches), groups them, drops the ones you already answered and hands you a prioritized list of topics with a brief ready to write. Nothing gets published without your review.
When to use it
- You want content that answers what people ask, not what you think they ask.
- You want to show up in Google and in AI assistant answers (AIO).
- You already have customer conversations in your CRM, inbox or WhatsApp.
Steps
- Pick the sources: emails, chats, call transcripts and related searches.
- Schedule the n8n workflow to run weekly.
- An AI step extracts literal questions only and strips personal data.
- Group similar questions and compare them against what you already published.
- Prioritize by frequency and closeness to a purchase.
- Deliver briefs to Notion or Google Sheets for your approval.
